We service both Mac and PC along with a wide array of all types of brands and models.
We offer FREE diagnostics. At our shop we will evaluate your computer, laptop or printer repair and advise the best course of action. We will explain to you the various options that are available for repair. You do not need an appointment. Just bring your hardware to our shop and we'll take it from there.
No Repair No Charge Policy
We do not charge any diagnostic fees. Once a diagnosis is completed we will provide you with an exact quote for the repair. You decide from there whether or not you would like your unit repaired. We will also let you know if your unit is cost effective to repair; thaking into consideration the age of the unit. Remember, our diagnosis is FREE so if you opt not to have the unit repaired there is no charge to you.
Please bring your power adapter for the laptop.
We do accept your bag, cases, accessories or other peripherals and we make sure that all is returned to you upon completion.
Our North Haven repair facility is conveniently located across from the Super Stop & Shop on Rte. 5.
We can wipe your Macbook clean and start fresh. We'll re-install your current operating system and do all the system updates.
Starting fresh can help free up disk space, speed up the computer and increase overall performance. Whether you just need a fresh start or maybe someone gave you either old machine; a clean install is a great way to go. We'll fully update the machine to ensure flawless performance of your applications.
If you'd like to upgrade your existing hard drive we can easily clone everything from your smaller drive to a larger one. Upon completion your computer will be exactly the same as it was with the original drive only with more capacity.
If your computer or laptop is not powering on, crashes randomly, overheats, shuts off randomly, freezes, won't detect USB or Firewire ports, kernel panics or otherwise just acts strange it, in some cases, this usually indicates a problem with the motherboard.
If you are experiencing this problem, please bring (or send) your computer into us and we’ll perform a free diagnostic to determine exactly what is wrong with the computer and how much it will cost to repair it.
If your drive no longer accepts discs or perhaps it is only reading CD's and not DVD's then it is time to replace it.
Symptoms of a failing optical drive
Reads CD but won't burn anymore.
Won't read DVD's but will read CD's.
Continually tries to read discs and then ejects them reading.
If you forgot the password to your computer or for some reason you can no longer login to your account don't worry, we can attempt to help.
We can attempt to clear most passwords from your unit. In rare cases there are some types of passwords which may not be able to be cleared.
Got a problem that seems to show up more randomly then that old “friend”? Well that’s what the free diagnostic is for: we'll get to work to isolate the problem for you. Simply bring the computer (or send) it into us and we’ll provide you with a diagnosis and the cost to fix the computer.
